Director of Housekeeping

• Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas laundry linen and uniform services.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and room presentation are consistently maintained throughout the hotel.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor room readiness and work closely with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets forecasts inventory and operating expenses.
• Oversee the procurement and control of housekeeping supplies equipment linen and guest amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health safety hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Analyze operational performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit train coach and develop the Housekeeping team while fostering a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 810 years of progressive Housekeeping experience including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a luxury or internationally recognized hotel brand is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations laundry management inventory control quality assurance and hygiene standards.
• Proven experience in budgeting cost control and workforce planning.
• Excellent leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).
