LEAP was founded in 2004 as a result of founder Orly Rosenfeld’s passion for helping native speakers in Israel find jobs that cater to their strengths. With many years of experience in human resources, she had a first-hand understanding of how valuable foreign language speakers are for the success of the international companies she worked with.
