SENIOR LAWYER (FMD) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing legal assistance in renewable energy projects in Latvia including matters related to WTG/PV/BESS supply EPC BoP TCM agreements construction agreements FIDIC claims management as well as environmental and general commercial matters
• Preparing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation
• Liaising with legal advisors regulators management and other stakeholders on relevant legal issues

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in law
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal field preferably in construction and/or real estate
• Proficiency in English and experience working with international teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting internal clients (e.g. business teams)
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and evaluate options to find effective solutions

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in energy sector
