Job Summary

Be the connection between science and solutions. As a Clinical Research Associate you will take the next step in your clinical research career supporting the successful delivery of clinical trials under the guidance of experienced colleagues. This role is suited for professionals with at least 2 years of onsite monitoring experience who are eager to further develop their skills in a structured and supportive environment.

You will contribute to the execution of clinical studies across a variety of therapeutic areas including Oncology Dermatology Respiratory Cardiology and Diabetes gaining broad exposure and handson experience while developing your monitoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management of clinical trial sites in compliance withFortrea SOPs ICHGCP study protocols and sponsor requirements with appropriate supervision.
Assist in the preparation and conduct of site monitoring activities includingsite initiation routine monitoring and closeout visits ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence.
Performsource data verification (SDV) support query resolution and review eCRFs to help ensure data quality and completeness.
Maintain and updateessential trial documentationin eTMF and sponsor systems to support inspection readiness.
Supportinvestigational product (IP)tracking and accountability checks in collaboration with the study team.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and escalate issues appropriately contributing to site performance quality and timelines.

Required Qualifications :

University or college degree inlife sciences nursing pharmacy or a related field; relevant internships or equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum of2 years of onsite monitoring experience.
Basic understanding ofICHGCP guidelinesand clinical trial processes.
Strong attention to detail willingness to learn and ability to follow established procedures and documentation standards.
Fluency inEnglish both written and spoken.
Comfortable using clinical systems and tools with openness to travel as required for site visits.
