Job Summary


We want to hire you if:

  • Have 3 years of B2B business development sales or account management experience within IT or IT services
  • Have experience managing long sales cycles and know how to build trust maintain momentum and guide opportunities through to a signed agreement
  • Are skilled at identifying new business opportunities qualifying prospects and building lasting relationships with decision-makers
  • Can grow existing client accounts by understanding their business needs and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
  • Are confident navigating complex organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Have experience preparing proposals pitches and presentations for enterprise or technical clients feel comfortable representing the company at conferences industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate effectively with technical delivery marketing and leadership teams to develop solutions that create value for clients
  • Are proactive results-driven and comfortable managing multiple opportunities independently and fluent in English
  • Can work from our Riga office
