Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator IT Services & Solutions

Salary: KWD 500 600 (Based on Experience Negotiable)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales team operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales coordination background in the IT services and solutions industry who can streamline processes improve performance and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales operations and support the team with motivation and guidance.
Manage the endtoend sales cycle ensuring timely lead conversion and client followup.
Prepare reports forecasts and performance dashboards for management.
Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce Zoho HubSpot) with accurate sales data.
Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales staff.
Handle complex client queries and negotiations as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales coordination role (preferably in IT).
Strong knowledge of sales processes metrics and CRM tools.
Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills.

Preferred:

Experience in B2B IT sales.
Proficient in Excel and sales analytics tools.
Understanding of SDLC and IT terminology.
