Social Media Officer

Position Overview:

The Social Media Officer manages AIUs social media presence creating and posting approved content to grow engagement across platforms like Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube and TikTok. They track performance implement trends and ensure alignment with AIUs marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies for events and activities.
• Create edit and post engaging daily content for multiple platforms.
• Monitor trends and suggest strategies to boost organic growth.
• Manage crossplatform content and analyze engagement metrics.
• Respond to student parent and public interactions reporting key insights.
• Translate and confidently post content in Arabic and English.
• Capture highquality images and videos at events for social media use.
• Assist with department projects beyond social media as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Fully bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing social media channels with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and social media tools.
• Ability to work independently handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Outgoing personality with strong presentation and teamwork skills.
