Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our growing team in this role you will be responsible for designing building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that empower data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate closely with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to unlock the full potential of our data assets.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to architect develop and manage robust data pipelines and infrastructure that ensure high availability quality and performance of data systems. The Data Engineer will enable seamless data flow optimize storage and processing costs reduce latency and empower business teams with self-service analytics capabilities to drive informed decision-making across the organization in Kuwait.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Build reliable ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Ensure 99.9% data availability and quality
- Optimize data warehouse performance and cost
- Reduce data processing latency by 30%
- Enable self-service analytics for business teams
- Design and implement scalable data architectures
- Monitor and maintain data pipeline health and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
