Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas / Power sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor maintenance activities for safe execution.
- Perform risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Maintain statutory safety documentation and reports.
- Safety Management Systems in Oil & Gas environments.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance.
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification.
- Permit to Work (PTW) system knowledge.
- Emergency Response and Incident Investigation.
- NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
- Fire & Emergency Response Training.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas or Power industry. Experience in site safety management compliance and industrial maintenance projects is required.
- Minimum: Diploma
- Preferred: NEBOSH/IOSH Certification
- Additional Certifications: HSE-related certifications preferred
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
