Job Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator cum B2B Sales is responsible for coordinating LGTCs local recruitment activities while actively developing business opportunities with companies in Kuwait.

The role combines recruitment coordination candidate sourcing client relationship management and B2B sales. The employee will work closely with employers to understand their manpower requirements source and coordinate suitable candidates prepare recruitment proposals follow up on vacancies and convert prospective companies into active LGTC recruitment clients.

The position requires someone who is proactive organized confident in communicating with companies and capable of managing both recruitment operations and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach companies in Kuwait that may require local recruitment or manpower services.

Generate new B2B leads through calls WhatsApp email social media networking referrals and direct company outreach.

Contact HR departments hiring managers business owners and decision-makers to introduce LGTCs recruitment services.

Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective corporate clients.

Explain LGTCs local recruitment process services fees and terms clearly and professionally.

Prepare and send recruitment proposals quotations company profiles and service agreements.

Follow up consistently with prospective clients until a decision is received.

Convert qualified prospects into active LGTC clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Promote additional LGTC recruitment services where appropriate.

Maintain an updated pipeline of leads follow-ups meetings proposals and closed accounts.

Achieve assigned monthly sales client acquisition and revenue targets.

2. Client Recruitment Coordination

Receive and document manpower requirements from corporate clients.

Obtain complete job details including position salary working hours benefits location experience requirements nationality preferences where legally permissible and other hiring criteria.

Coordinate job orders and vacancies with the recruitment and sourcing team.

Ensure job requirements are properly communicated before candidate sourcing begins.

Provide clients with suitable candidate profiles and CVs.

Arrange candidate interviews between employers and applicants.

Coordinate interview schedules reminders confirmations and rescheduling.

Collect interview feedback from clients and candidates.

Follow up with clients regarding shortlisted selected rejected or pending candidates.

Coordinate offer discussions and candidate acceptance.

Monitor each recruitment requirement until successful placement or closure.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Coordination

Source suitable candidates from LGTCs database applicant pool referrals social media job platforms walk-ins and other approved recruitment channels.

Conduct initial screening of candidates based on client requirements.

Contact candidates to verify availability experience salary expectations notice period visa status and interest in available positions.

Ensure candidate information and resumes are complete and updated.

Coordinate candidates for interviews assessments and client meetings.

Follow up with selected candidates regarding employment offers and joining requirements.

Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in building and maintaining a strong database of locally available candidates.

4. Account & Client Relationship Management

Serve as a point of contact for assigned corporate recruitment clients.

Respond promptly to client inquiries requests and recruitment updates.

Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate availability and recruitment progress.

Follow up on pending vacancies and determine whether positions remain active.

Encourage satisfied clients to submit additional vacancies and manpower requirements.

Address routine client concerns and escalate major issues to management when necessary.

Maintain professional and long-term relationships that support repeat recruitment business.

5. Recruitment & Sales Administration

Record all client leads calls meetings follow-ups vacancies and recruitment activities in LGTCs designated CRM or tracking system.

Update candidate and client records accurately.

Prepare daily weekly and monthly recruitment and sales reports when required.

Maintain proper documentation for job orders proposals agreements candidate submissions interviews selections and placements.

Coordinate with administration recruitment marketing and management teams when required.

Ensure client and candidate information is treated confidentially.

Follow LGTC procedures recruitment policies pricing guidelines and approved communication standards.

Number of new B2B leads generated.

Number of companies contacted.

Number of client meetings or presentations conducted.

Number of recruitment proposals or quotations submitted.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing Sales Management or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in recruitment staffing HR coordination B2B sales telesales business development or account management is an advantage.

Experience dealing with companies HR departments or hiring managers in Kuwait is highly preferred.

Knowledge of the Kuwait employment and recruitment market is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Arabic communication skills are an advantage.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Google Workspace CRM systems WhatsApp Business email and online recruitment platforms.

The ideal candidate is a recruitment professional with a sales mindset who is comfortable speaking with companies generating new business following up persistently and coordinating candidates from initial sourcing through placement.

The candidate should be comfortable spending part of the working day on B2B prospecting and client acquisition and the remaining time coordinating active recruitment requirements candidates interviews and placements.
