KW Field Specialist II SPC

Job Summary: Coordinates and oversees work at the a field site providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales job design execution and follow up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the clean up repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. May evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.

This position operates in an industrial/field environment. The role requires working in and around manufacturing equipment heavy machinery and potentially hazardous materials. While performing the duties of this job the employee:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Bend stoop kneel and reach
• Work in confined spaces when required
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools
• Perform repetitive movements

Environmental Conditions:

• Exposure to extreme weather conditions
• Exposure to loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Work in high places and confined spaces
• Exposure to dust fumes and chemicals
• Work around moving mechanical parts
• Work in hot and cold temperatures
