## Job Description: KST Supervisor
### Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic KST Supervisor to lead our cleaning and stewarding this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities ensuring high standards of hygiene and service and managing team performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities the ability to prepare detailed operational reports and proficiency in utilizing MS Excel for data management. This position is critical for maintaining a seamless work environment and driving efficiency across all stewarding functions.
### Responsibilities
* Direct and supervise cleaning and stewarding teams to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
* Oversee daily operational workflows allocating resources effectively to meet service demands.
* Provide hands-on leadership in team handling fostering a collaborative and productive work culture.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive daily reports and manage professional email correspondence with stakeholders.
* Utilize MS Excel to track operational metrics manage schedules and analyze performance data.
* Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
### Requirements
* Proven experience in supervisory roles specifically within cleaning or stewarding departments.
