Instrument Supervisor
Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Instrument Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Power Plant / Energy sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Supervise instrumentation installation maintenance and commissioning activities.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of plant instrumentation.
- Monitor calibration of transmitters gauges and control valves.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for shutdown activities.
- Diagnose and resolve instrumentation faults to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Guide and supervise instrumentation technicians.
- Power Plant Instrumentation Experience with large-scale power plant systems.
- Instrument Calibration Calibration of field instruments and transmitters.
- PLC/DCS Systems Monitoring and troubleshooting automation systems.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
- Team Leadership Supervising instrumentation personnel.
- Shutdown maintenance experience.
- Root cause analysis.
- SAP CMMS or maintenance management software.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within a large-scale power plant environment. Experience supervising instrumentation teams and handling plant maintenance activities is essential.
- Minimum: Diploma in Instrumentation & Control (I&C)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering
- Additional: Relevant industrial safety or instrumentation certifications
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UPS Systems or Power Electronics industry. Proficiency in handling UPS systems battery chargers telecom rectifiers battery systems and automatic power factor correction panels. Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Required Education:
Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
