We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of I&C Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise instrumentation and control maintenance activities for RO and desalination plants.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC DCS transmitters sensors and control systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of automation systems.
- Coordinate annual maintenance shutdown activities.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.
- Support plant operations by minimizing equipment downtime.
Required Skills
- Instrumentation Maintenance Calibration and maintenance of field instruments.
- PLC & DCS Systems Troubleshooting and maintenance.
- RO Plant Maintenance Annual maintenance expertise.
- Desalination Systems Knowledge of plant operations and controls.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning and execution.
Preferred Skills
- SCADA knowledge
- Team supervision experience
- Root cause analysis
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control maintenance preferably in RO or desalination plants. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in annual maintenance activities.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma
- Preferred: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics (Typical)
- Additional: Relevant industrial certifications (Typical)
