We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of I&C Engineer in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / RO & Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
- Monitor PLC DCS SCADA and process control equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant instruments.
- Ensure smooth operation of RO and desalination plant processes.
- Calibrate transmitters sensors analyzers and control valves.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety and quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Instrumentation Engineering Installation and maintenance of field instruments.
- PLC & DCS Troubleshooting and programming knowledge.
- RO & Desalination Experience in water treatment plants.
- Process Control Monitoring and optimizing plant operations.
- Electrical & Instrument Maintenance Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Preferred Skills
- SCADA knowledge
- Root Cause Analysis
- CMMS Maintenance Software
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering with hands-on exposure to RO/Desalination plants. Experience in industrial process plants and maintenance environments is highly preferred.
Education
- Minimum: B.E. Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Preferred: M.E./Relevant Certification
- Additional Certifications: PLC/DCS Training (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
