We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Electrical Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Power Generation sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities across large-scale power plant operations.
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Lead technicians during installation testing and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum downtime.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for continuous plant reliability.
Required Skills
- Power Plant Electrical Maintenance Experience maintaining large-scale electrical systems.
- Electrical Troubleshooting Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
- High Voltage Equipment Knowledge of switchgear transformers and protection systems.
- Team Supervision Lead maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Safety Compliance Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures.
Preferred Skills
- PLC/SCADA exposure.
- Shutdown maintenance planning.
- GCC power plant experience.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a large-scale power plant environment. Experience supervising electrical teams and handling high-voltage equipment is essential.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Additional Certifications: Electrical Safety / HT Authorization (if available)
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UPS Systems or Power Electronics industry. Proficiency in handling UPS systems battery chargers telecom rectifiers battery systems and automatic power factor correction panels. Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Required Education:
Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
