Driller Deep Drilling

We are seekingDrillers withdeep drilling land rig 3000HP experience for our client in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee the drilling equipment including drawworks mud pumps and drilling systems to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
• Monitor drilling parameters make necessary adjustments and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.
• Collaborate closely with the drilling team including assistant drillers derrickhands and roughnecks to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
• Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.

Qualifications:

• Experience of 3years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling onshore/land rig operations.
• Candidates from Canada United States Europe Eastern Europe Australia China are preferred.
• Must have workedwith NOV EDS systems andcyber/chair joysticks rigs.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
• Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.
• Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
• Safety training certifications (e.g. H2S First Aid Firefighting).
