Chemical Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Chemical Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Industrial Operations sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Supervise daily DM Plant operations and ensure uninterrupted production.
  
• Monitor water treatment processes and maintain quality standards.
  
• Lead and guide plant operators and maintenance personnel.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety environmental and operational procedures.
  
• Monitor chemical dosing and plant performance parameters.
  
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment.
  
• Prepare operational reports and maintain plant records.
  
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  

• DM Plant Operation Hands-on experience in demineralization plant management.
  
• Water Treatment Systems Knowledge of industrial water treatment processes.
  
• Chemical Process Monitoring Ability to monitor and optimize plant performance.
  
• Safety Compliance Understanding of industrial safety standards.
  
• Team Leadership Experience supervising plant personnel.
  

• SAP or CMMS knowledge
  
• Root Cause Analysis
  
• ISO & Quality System awareness
  

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in DM Plant Operations or industrial water treatment facilities. Experience in supervising plant operations and leading maintenance teams in process industries is essential.

• Minimum: B.E. / . Chemistry
  
• Preferred: M.E././. Chemistry
  
• Additional: Water Treatment or Industrial Safety Certifications (preferred)
