• Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
• Assist guests with luggage handling storage and room delivery
• Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
• Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams
• Support guest requests promptly and courteously
• Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming
• Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
• Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times

Qualifications :

• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
• A proactive solution-oriented approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A creative practical and proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to focus on guest needs using empathy remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and shareholders
• Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
