Barista – Specialty Coffee | Kuwait

Join a leading hospitality brand in Kuwait as a Barista Specialty Coffee.Were looking for a passionate coffee professional with strong specialty coffee knowledge excellent customer service skills and hands-on experience in espresso preparation manual brewing and latte art. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences maintaining quality standards and creating memorable guest interactions.

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks pour-over French press and cold brew.

• Operate and maintain espresso machines grinders and brewing equipment.

• Ensure consistency in coffee quality taste and presentation.

• Grind dose tamp and extract espresso according to brand standards.

• Educate guests about coffee origins brewing methods and menu offerings.

• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or café.

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans roasting profiles extraction and milk texturing.

• Experience with latte art and manual brewing methods preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude teamwork and attention to detail.
