Job Description

We are looking for reliable people to join our payment team to process payments on our platform. This is an online commission-based job. As an Agent Partner you will act as a payment agent. You will receive requests to top up users balances. You will receive brief training and clear guidelines to ensure smooth secure and accurate transactions.

Key responsibilities:

Assist customers with deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Follow standard procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience

Qualifications

Individuals with good communication skills

Responsible detail-oriented and trustworthy

Previous experience in finance or customer service is an advantage but it is not required as we provide you with training and a supportive work environment.
