Position Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily operations of a high-end fine dining restaurant ensuring exceptional guest experiences smooth service execution and consistent luxury standards in line with brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Deliver outstanding guest experience and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Supervise train and motivate front-of-house service team.
- Maintain fine dining standards in service grooming and presentation.
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams.
- Manage reservations seating plans and guest preferences.
- Monitor inventory cost control and support revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
- 12 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest etiquette.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
