Job Summary
Manage daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
Supervise and guide branch managers and operational teams.
Monitor sales budgets inventory and operational costs.
Improve profitability service quality and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Analyse business performance and implement strategies.
Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar senior management role in the hospitality industry.
Experience managing multiple restaurants or F&B outlets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to drive sales and maintain operational standards.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage
