We are looking for a highly organized observant and proactive person to coordinate office workflow monitor task completion support employee communication and help maintain a productive and respectful working environment.
The WORC sits at the center of daily office operations. The successful candidate will ensure that tasks are properly recorded assigned followed up and completed on time. They will also coordinate onboarding leave schedules employee training office administration reporting and internal team activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring daily tasks deadlines corrections and outstanding issues in Asana
Assigning and redistributing tasks according to workload and employee competencies
Identifying delays bottlenecks and recurring workflow problems
Preparing daily mid-week weekly and monthly management reports
Monitoring employee performance workload KPIs and probation periods
Coordinating leave schedules duty rosters public holiday notices and work handovers
Supporting new employee onboarding training assessments and adaptation
Maintaining current employee documentation
Coordinating office maintenance utilities supplies contractors and service providers
Monitoring administrative expenses and maintaining the office budget tracker
Organizing birthdays team activities internal events and office initiatives
Supporting clear respectful and professional communication within the team
Escalating urgent operational or employee-related concerns to management
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience coordinating people tasks or office operations
Confidence using Asana or a similar task management system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
The ability to analyze workloads and employee performance objectively
