Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Reports to: Head of Finance
Department: Warehouse Operations
Note: Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is a required skill for this role due to the nature of supplier communications and stakeholder engagement.
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory management accurate stock control timely dispatch and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse processes improving operational efficiency and leading the warehouse team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Oversee receiving inspection storage stock accuracy inventory audits inventory system updates and stock optimization.
Dispatch & Logistics Manage order fulfillment dispatch planning delivery schedules packaging standards and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely customer service.
Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives optimize warehouse processes enhance space utilization and implement quality control measures.
Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations fleet management warehouse policies audits and staff adherence to health and safety standards.
Team Leadership Supervise train mentor and evaluate warehouse staff while promoting teamwork productivity and performance excellence.
Reporting & Documentation Prepare warehouse performance reports maintain accurate inventory records monitor KPIs and ensure full traceability through the inventory management system.

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
The candidate must be able to read write and speak Gujarati Hindi Swahili and English fluently.
Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse or logistics management preferably in FMCG healthcare manufacturing or distribution.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/Odoo) warehouse operations and stock control.
Proven leadership planning analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication organizational and team management skills.
Good understanding of health safety and regulatory compliance.
