• Take Orders: Accurately record food and drink orders noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Ensure Satisfaction: Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure everything meets expectations and provide refills or additional items as needed.

2. Food & Beverage Delivery

• Coordination: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
• Serving: Pick up and deliver food and drinks in a timely professional and safe manner.
• Order Accuracy: Verify each dish matches the guests order before serving.

3. Cleaning & Table Maintenance

• Pre-bussing: Clear empty plates and used utensils during the meal to keep the table clutter-free.
• Resetting: Promptly clear and wipe down tables after guests leave and reset them with clean linens and silverware for the next diners.
• Side Work: Restock napkins clean dining room floors and keep service stations organized before during and after shifts.

4. Billing & Payments

Process Payments: Deliver checks accurately process cash or card payments and return receipts or correct change.
