To lead manage and deliver the Energy & Infrastructure Finance Debt Solutions capability for a portfolio of complex clients ensuring the effective end-to-end design and implementation of client-centric lending solutions that deliver exceptional client experience grow Investment Banking revenue protect market share and reinforce CIBs position as the Go-To Lending Bank.

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce Finance or related field

Experience Required
8-10 years

• Experience concluding and leading complex Debt Solutions across a single portfolio such as product sector client or country.
• Experience in complex debt structuring deal execution lobbying for support from corporate functions and collaborating across product teams within a large bank.
• Experience coaching managing leading and coordinating teams including delegation prioritisation KPI setting and performance discussions.
• Experience partnering specialist risk areas monitoring portfolios managing risk and exposure and interpreting relevant regulatory frameworks
