Universal Banker (Various Locations)

To take demand from Personal Banking clients for banking matters ranging from lending transactional  & investment products  to client account activities (e.g. opening of relevant accounts statements debit order information etc.) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience product and legislative (e.g. CBK IRA) requirements.

Qualifications :

Type of Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline

Experience Required
3-4 years

• Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes policies and products.
• Experience in sales within the banking industry or related service sectors such as Insurance SACCOs and other Financial Services institutions
