An established city hotel in Kenya is seeking an experienced Unit General Manager to oversee the successful operation of an 86-room property. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader with a strong operational background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous General Manager experience in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sound financial and operational management experience
- Excellent guest relations and service standards
- Experience with budgeting revenue management and cost control
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Willingness to relocate to Kenya
