Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and depot operations ensuring efficient inventory control order fulfillment team supervision and compliance with safety and operational standards. Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi alongside English and Swahili is essential for supplier and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage store operations including receiving storage inventory control FIFO and dispatch.
Maintain accurate ERP/WMS stock records and conduct stock reconciliations.
Supervise store teams allocate workloads and drive productivity.
Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales Logistics Finance and Customer Service.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and company procedures.
Prepare inventory and operational reports while safeguarding company assets and controlling losses.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
5 years experience in store warehouse or depot operations within paints building materials FMCG or manufacturing.
Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi plus English and Swahili.
Experience managing warehouse teams and ERP/WMS systems.
Strong inventory control leadership planning communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Education:
