As we continue to grow we are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and highly organized Stock and Inventory Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock and inventory control accurate inventory records timely asset allocation and proper documentation of all inventory transactions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining optimal stock levels safeguarding company assets supporting operational teams and ensuring inventory processes comply with established procedures and service level standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock and inventory records always.
- Review verify and process stock adjustment requests ensuring all adjustments are justified approved and properly documented.
- Conduct scheduled stock counts and reconciliations investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment before minimum stock thresholds are reached.
- Review and validate stock transfer requests verify stock availability and ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
- Receive inspect and verify incoming stock against purchase orders delivery notes and invoices before updating inventory records.
- Update the inventory management system immediately following receipt issuance transfer or adjustment of stock.
- Prepare assign track recover and maintain accurate records of company assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of damaged assets and monitor repair progress to completion.
- Maintain a clean organized safe and secure stores environment.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain complete accurate and audit-ready documentation.
- Identify inventory discrepancies stock shortages damaged items and operational risks and escalate them promptly.
- Support internal and external inventory audits by providing accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with Procurement Finance Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure efficient stock availability and inventory control.
- Perform any other stock and inventory management duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Required Education:
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement and Logistics Stores Management Business Administration or a related knowledge of store keeping procedures and inventory management is an advantage.
