Job Summary
HR & Guard Force Administration
- Maintain employee files contracts and guard deployment records
- Process attendance leave and payroll input for all guards
- Handle recruitment onboarding and induction of new security personnel
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Manage disciplinary records warning letters and welfare reports
Guard Supervision & Field Duties
- Conduct daily or weekly site visits to inspect guard performance (punctuality uniform equipment logbooks)
- Supervise guard force conduct and immediately address any lapses
- Report operational issues (absenteeism misconduct client complaints) to the Branch Manager
- Assist in guard deployment and replacement during emergencies
Requirements
Riding Requirement
- Use a company motorcycle to move between posts (fuel and maintenance provided)
- Must hold a valid Kenyan motorcycle riding license and have proven riding experience
Requirements
- At least a Certificate in HR Management Business Administration or Security Operations Recruits Training Certificate (NYS) or related field
- At least 12 years of HR experience (security hr Administration logistics or)
- Previous experience supervising security guards is highly desirable
- Must have a valid motorcycle license and ability to ride confidently on Kakamega roads
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic recordkeeping
- Resident of Kakamega or willing to relocate immediately
