Job Summary
- Promote the companys construction chemical solutions to consultants architects contractors and developers.
- Secure product specifications in project tender documents and technical approvals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants architects government authorities and project owners.
- Provide technical presentations seminars and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during project discussions and negotiations.
- Review project specifications drawings BOQs and tender documents to identify opportunities.
- Recommend suitable construction chemical systems for waterproofing flooring concrete repair sealing bonding grouting and protective coatings.
- Coordinate with contractors and applicators to ensure correct product application and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor construction projects from design stage through execution.
- Maintain project tracking records and update CRM/project pipelines regularly.
- Conduct market intelligence activities and identify competitor products and trends.
- Collaborate with R&D marketing and sales teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE and quality standards.
