An exciting opportunity is available for a Spanish-speaking Travel Specialist to join a dynamic reservations team designing and coordinating bespoke luxury safari itineraries across East Africa. This role is perfect for a passionate detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional travel experiences to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design tailor-made FIT itineraries across East Africa
Manage the full reservations process from enquiry to final travel documentation
Communicate with international travel agents suppliers and guests
Prepare accurate quotations itineraries and invoices
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales
Coordinate logistics with lodges camps airlines and ground teams
Ensure all guest preferences and special requirements are captured
Maintain high standards of accuracy service and turnaround times
Stay updated on safari products destinations and industry trends
Provide support to team members and assist with rotational duties (weekends/public holidays)

Requirements
Requirements:
35 years experience in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting
Diploma or degree in Tourism or related field
Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of East African destinations and safari logistics
Experience working with international travel agents and luxury clientele
Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g. Tourplan) and tools such as WETU
Strong attention to detail organisation and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
