This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional with strong luxury hospitality experience who enjoys working in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for discerning international guests.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Sous Chef experience within a luxury lodge hotel or high-end hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of fine dining and international cuisine
- Ability to assist with menu development and daily kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and training kitchen teams
- Strong understanding of food safety hygiene standards and cost control
- Ability to work efficiently in remote and fast-paced hospitality environments
- Passionate about creating memorable guest dining experiences
