Sales Representative – US Dispatching Services (Nairobi, On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Nairobi. You will be selling dispatching services to clients based in the United States. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone comfortable with sales and excited to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Contact and sell dispatching services to trucking companies and clients in the US
  
• Follow up with leads and close sales
  
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with US-based clients
  
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
  
• Work scheduled hours from our Nairobi office
  

Compensation

• This is a commission-only role: earn 20%30% of every sale you close
  
• No cap on earnings the more you sell the more you make
  
• Full training provided no prior dispatching knowledge required (but experience is a bonus)
  

• Must currently live in Nairobi Kenya
  
• Must be able to commute to and work from our office during scheduled hours
  
• Excellent spoken and written English is required
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
• Prior experience in sales is a plus
  
• Experience working with dispatching services is highly preferred please mention this in your application
