Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Reporting to the Directors
Location Nairobi
Full-Time Employment.
Summary of the Role: To lead the day-to-day performance of the sales function by providing leadership coaching and accountability that drive team productivity sales execution and consistent delivery of targets.
Note: Were looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and consistently delivering strong results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the delivery of team sales targets through strong leadership and disciplined performance management.
Drive accountability and sharpen sales execution across the team.
Build a resilient motivated high-performing sales culture that sustains results month after month.
Set clear goals run regular performance reviews and develop each team members capability.
Establish a daily operating rhythm huddles pipeline reviews and follow-up discipline that keeps the team focused and productive.
Track analyse and report on sales performance and translate strategy into daily action.
Lead coach and motivate the sales team on a daily basis setting the energy and standard on the floor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business Sales & Marketing Commerce Economics or a related field;
Minimum 5 years experience in a sales leadership role (e.g. Sales Manager Regional/Area Sales Manager Branch Manager Agency Manager Unit Manager or equivalent)
Candidates with experience in the Banking or Insurance industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
