The Sales Executive Corporate Division will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Centropens corporate customer base through the sale of office stationery products and solutions.
The role will focus on identifying and acquiring new corporate accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across sectors such as banking manufacturing NGOs SACCOs and other organizations. The Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to quotations tenders negotiations order conversion and after-sales support.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate sales account management tender processes and relationship-driven selling with a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Identify prospect and acquire new corporate accounts within the stationery market.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate customers.
Generate leads through market research networking referrals direct prospecting and other business development initiatives.
Present Centropens stationery products and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
Manage the complete sales process from initial engagement through quotation negotiation order placement and delivery.
Consistently achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in line with assigned KPIs.
Ensure sales are secured within approved credit pricing and delivery terms.
Identify relevant corporate tender and procurement opportunities.
Follow up on tenders requests for quotations purchase enquiries and other sales opportunities.
Coordinate internally to ensure quotations and tender submissions are accurate competitive and submitted within required timelines.
Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders to maximize conversion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Understand customer purchasing requirements and anticipate future stationery needs.
Conduct regular account follow-ups to identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
Address customer complaints and after-sales service issues promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.
Support customer retention through consistent service and professional account management.
Represent Centropen at corporate meetings events and client engagements as required.
Monitor corporate market trends customer purchasing patterns and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing and new corporate markets.
Develop sales forecasts based on customer requirements market activity and pipeline opportunities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Work closely with the wider sales team to support Centropens overall business growth objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities prospects opportunities and account performance.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Collect and analyse sales information to assess performance and identify opportunities.
Present sales performance market insights challenges and opportunities during periodic sales meetings.
Use CRM and relevant IT systems to maintain customer and sales information.
Achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
New corporate accounts acquired.

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing Business Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales and business development within the corporate sector.
Experience selling stationery products or related office supplies will be a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
Experience handling tenders RFQs quotations and corporate procurement processes.
Demonstrable experience in prospecting negotiation and closing sales.
Strong corporate business development and prospecting skills.
