Job Summary
- Develop new business across corporate incentive association and travel-trade markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and strategic client relationships.
- Lead the preparation of competitive proposals quotations itineraries and presentations.
- Ensure pricing meets approved profitability targets.
- Plan and oversee conferences incentive programmes exhibitions corporate events and inbound leisure groups.
- Coordinate venues accommodation transport guides entertainment and other logistics.
- Negotiate competitive terms and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor revenue margins service quality and operational risks.
- Lead and mentor the IME Assistant.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows roadshows and industry events.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Tourism Hospitality Business Events Management or a related field.
- At least five years experience in tourism destination management or hospitality including three years in a supervisory role.
- Experience managing inbound leisure groups conferences or incentive programmes.
- Proven sales business development and client relationship management experience.
- Strong commercial negotiation and project management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience using Tourplan and Wetu would be an advantage.
- Additional language skills would be an added advantage.
