Job Summary
Attend to customers professionally and provide a friendly and engaging shopping experience.
Understand customers needs recommend suitable products and actively drive sales.
Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
Identify and approach potential business customers including beauty shops spas retailers and other relevant businesses.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up on sales leads customer enquiries and potential business opportunities.
Represent and promote the brand at pop-up markets exhibitions activations and other relevant events.
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
Develop creative ideas for promoting products through social media.
Create engaging Reels short-form videos product demonstrations and other social media content.
Keep up with relevant beauty fashion and social media trends.
Maintain good product knowledge and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Support the overall growth of the shop and brand through excellent customer service creativity and proactive selling.
Requirements
Atleast 23 years of experience in sales marketing or retail preferably within a cosmetics beauty skincare fashion or related business.
Previous experience working in a cosmetics beauty or fashion store is highly desirable.
Strong sales ability with confidence approaching and engaging both individual and business customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly confident approachable and customer-focused personality.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop ideas for marketing products.
Comfortable creating social media Reels and short-form video content.
Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
Ability to work independently follow up on leads and take initiative in generating sales.
Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
Certificate or Diploma in Sales Marketing Business Communications or a related field will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Applicants living in Kilimani or nearby areas are preferred.
