Job Summary
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow student enrollment and secure corporate training contracts.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations institutions government bodies and key stakeholders.
- Market training programs generate new business opportunities and manage client engagements from lead follow-up to conversion.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals quotations tenders and agreements.
- Track market trends competitor activity and new opportunities within the training and security sectors.
- Generate regular sales enrollment and business performance reports for management while providing high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration Sales and Marketing Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales marketing or business development (experience in the security or training sector is an added advantage).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication negotiation presentation networking and customer relationship management skills.
