Job Summary
- Prepare accurate quotations itineraries proposals and presentations.
- Source supplier rates and prepare competitive costings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries quotations and bookings.
- Coordinate meetings conferences incentive programmes exhibitions and special events.
- Arrange accommodation transport venues catering guides and other services.
- Prepare rooming lists passenger manifests and operational documents.
- Reconfirm all supplier services before client arrival or programme commencement.
- Liaise with hotels venues transport providers guides and other suppliers.
- Process booking amendments and communicate operational updates.
- Support on-site event delivery and service recovery when required.
- Maintain complete booking supplier and financial documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism Hospitality Business Events Management or a related field.
- At minimum three years experience in tourism destination management hospitality or MICE operations.
- Experience coordinating inbound leisure groups conferences or events.
- Experience preparing quotations costings and detailed itineraries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Tourplan and Wetu would be an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken English.
