Job Summary
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of creative assets across various digital and print platforms.
- Support the production of multimedia materials including video editing graphic design and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads to refine ideas and execute high-quality visual outputs.
- Conduct research on current design trends and emerging multimedia technologies to inform project strategies.
- Prepare and organize digital files ensuring all assets are properly archived and accessible for future use.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling initiatives.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in creative or multimedia fields.
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design video editing and multimedia production.
- Have a solid understanding of the Arts & Graphics industry and its current market dynamics.
- Be located in or willing to relocate to Nairobi Kenya with the ability to work onsite.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Show a keen eye for detail creativity and a passion for visual storytelling.
Required Skills:
Experience - 1-4 years Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing digital and packaging design work. Understanding of social media platform requirements and visual storytelling principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
