Job Summary
- Develop strategies for growth in line with the overall UWS strategies and set targets.
- Facilitate member uptake of savings and credit products by developing and executing targeted mobilization strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to drive retention and referrals.
- Conduct regular visits and maintain consistent communication particularly following onboarding and after loan disbursement.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and member needs and present actionable recommendations to the management.
- Design member education programs in collaboration with the management and relevant Board committees to enhance member engagement.
- Support product development initiatives by relaying member feedback and market insights.
- Follow up on dormant accounts to drive reactivation
- Recruit new members through corporate partnerships and targeted outreach through existing members.
- Handle member inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or any other related field.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Professional certification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development sales or marketing preferably in a financial institution
