KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out a broad range of clinical nursing duties including phlebotomy vital signs monitoring medication administration preparation and assistance with clinical procedures and post-procedure patient monitoring.
Triage and assess patients with competence and calm recognizing when urgency is required and responding with the efficiency and composure of an experienced clinical professional.
Prepare and organize treatment areas to a consistently high standard before during and after each patient visit maintaining impeccable hygiene sterilization and clinical safety protocols.
Support the Lead Physician throughout consultations and procedures anticipating clinical needs and contributing actively to a smooth and reassuring patient experience.
Communicate with patients throughout their visit explaining procedures aftercare and instructions clearly and with the kind of reassuring warmth that comes from genuine patient-centredness.
Maintain accurate complete and timely clinical records for every patient interaction in compliance with all applicable regulatory and confidentiality requirements.
Monitor and manage clinical stock levels across all consumables and nursing supplies maintaining order and readiness at all times.
Contribute actively to the culture of continuous improvement in clinical care standards across the practice.
Degree in Nursing with a valid current license issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience demonstrating breadth across patient assessment care delivery and clinical procedure support.
Sound and confident clinical judgment with the ability to remain calm accurate and reassuring under pressure.
Strong command of infection control sterilization standards and patient safety protocols.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the emotional intelligence to connect meaningfully with patients from varied backgrounds.
High attention to detail in documentation and clinical record-keeping.
A polished professional presentation and a natural ability to project quiet competence and warmth in equal measure.

Required Skills:
A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business administration Hospitality Medical support field or a relevant field. Qualification in hospitality management office administration front office operations or a related field is preferred. At least 5 years in a client-facing role with experience in a premium clinic luxury hotel executive services environment or a similarly high-standard setting is strongly preferred. Comfortable with scheduling software billing systems and clinic or CRM management tools. Fluent and articulate in English; proficiency in Kiswahili is a distinct advantage. Naturally warm poised and calm under pressure someone who projects ease even when managing complexity. Meticulous about detail: in records in communication and in the environment they maintain.
