Job Summary

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising vacancies scheduling interviews conducting reference checks and preparing offers.

  • Facilitate onboarding cross-boarding and off boarding processes.

  • Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation.

  • Coordinate induction programmes and probation reviews.

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate records.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records both physical and digital.

  • Track probation leave and employee milestones.

  • Ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements.

3. Performance & Learning

  • Coordinate probation and performance review cycles.

  • Track departmental KPIs and performance review completion.

  • Support learning and development initiatives.

  • Coordinate employee training programmes and maintain training records.

4. Employee Experience & Culture

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.

  • Support internal communication and culture-building programmes.

  • Assist with employee recognition initiatives.

  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR guidance.

  • Promote Keep IT Cools values through day-to-day interactions.

6. HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain HRIS and employee databases.

  • Track recruitment turnover absenteeism leave and training metrics.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Industrial Psychology or a related field.
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (CHRP) or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
  • Membership with IHRM Kenya will be an added advantage.
  • At least three (3) years progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience supporting recruitment onboarding employee relations and HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act and other relevant labour legislation.
  • Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
