To identify analyse redesign and automate business processes across Operations and Business units leveraging datadriven insights and digital tools to improve efficiency reduce operational risk and enhance client experience.

Qualifications :

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: IT Engineering Actuarial Science Data Science Mathematics Statistics or related field

Preferred Certifications / Added Advantage

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
• Data analytics certifications
• Project Management (Agile or PMP fundamentals)

Experience Required
2-3 years

• Demonstrated experience in process engineering automation or data analysis.
• Experience with digital transformation or workflow automation.
