Job Summary
To ensure effective in-store execution of cosmetic skincare and haircare products by maintaining optimal product visibility availability and presentation in line with brand standards ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer experience.
Arrange and replenish products on shelves stands and displays according to planograms.
Ensure products are well-organized clean and visually appealing at all times.
Set up promotional displays testers and point-of-sale materials.
Monitor stock levels in-store and backroom; ensure timely replenishment.
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock-outs.
Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
Engage customers by providing basic product information and guidance.
Support in upselling and cross-selling skincare haircare and cosmetic products.
Ensure all displays meet brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain consistency in product placement and promotional messaging.
Submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels sales trends and merchandising activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Diploma or Certificate in Sales Marketing Business Administration or related field.
Experience in FMCG cosmetics or beauty retail merchandising is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of skincare haircare and cosmetic products.
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets
Time management and organizational skills
Basic data reporting skills (Excel or mobile reporting tools)
Field-based role requiring travel between retail outlets.
