Job Summary
Uliza Group is looking for a creative hands-on and highly disciplined Media Intern with strong skills in video production graphic design and social media management.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about media storytelling and digital content creation with the ability to work both in the office and on-ground at events.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos during events and on-ground activities
- Handle camera operations (including panning angles and framing)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts)
- Edit long-form videos (interviews podcasts documentaries)
- Set up and manage podcast recordings and shows
- Create engaging social media content (posts reels stories)
- Design posters and graphics using Canva Adobe or similar tools
- Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn)
- Assist in event setup and media coverage
- Participate in content planning and show production
- Camera handling & shooting
- Video editing (short & long-form)
- Graphic design
- Social media content creation & management
- Own camera or media equipment
- Experience shooting podcasts documentaries or interviews
- Previous work/portfolio (videos designs or social media pages)

Required Skills:
Proven experience in writing stories articles or blog posts (please attach samples). Familiarity with social media tools and strategies. Willingness to attend events and work on the ground for coverage. Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus. Ability to use Canva Capcut and Wordpress Ability to create reels with a smart phone in the office Ability to source for trending news that align with our brand and post consistently Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnership development.
