Job Summary

Job Title: LPG Territory Manager

Employment Terms: Permanent

Location: Western Mombasa

JOB PURPOSE


The LPG Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet set LPG targets in volume and margin through promoting and selling LPG in cylinder and bulk to potential and existing customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to grow the client base.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities analyze market trends and customer preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Implement marketing propositions to promote the brand and increase sales in the region.
  • Educate customers on the safe handling storage and use of LPG.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  • Ensure timely collection of all revenues due by following up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports market updates and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards in all activities.


Requirements


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

At least 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas sector in LPG sales.

Strong knowledge of LPG.

Required Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field. KCSE B and above. Professional HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is an added advantage. At least 35 years experience in Human Resource Management preferably in an Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Communication skills. Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
